Information we collect

When you book picture day photos we collect the athlete's name, jersey number, grade, age, uniform color, team, and any instructions you provide, along with the parent or guardian's name, email, phone number, and delivery address.

How athlete information is protected

Athlete names and minor contact details are never displayed publicly on this website, are not indexed by search engines, and are not sold or shared with advertisers. Rosters and order details are visible only to authorized 1st State Photography staff and photographers working your event.

Photos of minors

We photograph athletes only with guardian consent, collected during booking. Photos are used to fulfill your order. We publish an athlete's image for marketing only when the optional marketing release is granted, and you may withdraw that permission at any time by contacting us.

Payments

Payments are collected securely through our Jotform order form. We never see or store your card details; payment processing is handled by Jotform's integrated payment service.

Data retention and requests

Order records are retained for accounting and reprint requests. To review, correct, or delete your family's information, call 302-632-8697 or use our contact form.
