Refund Policy

Before picture day

Cancel any time before your picture day for a full refund. Contact us with your order number and we will issue the refund back to the card used at checkout.

Missed picture day

If your athlete misses their session, we will first try to place them in a make-up session. If no make-up date is available, digital-only portions are refunded in full and printed products are refunded less any items already produced.

Production issues

If a printed product arrives damaged or incorrect, tell us within 30 days of delivery and we will reprint it at no cost or refund that item.

Not refundable

• Digital images already delivered and downloaded, except for quality issues.
• Personalized items already produced, such as custom apparel and posters.
• Shipping charges on delivered orders.

How refunds are issued

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Partial refunds are recorded on your order, and funds typically appear within 5-10 business days. Call 302-632-8697 to start a refund.
