Terms and Conditions

Orders and deadlines

Orders must be placed and paid before the posted deadline for your picture day so your athlete appears on the field roster. Late orders may be accepted at our discretion and may require a separate session.

Payment

Payment is collected securely through our Jotform order form. Your order is saved when you submit it and is not photographed or produced until payment is confirmed. Unpaid orders are not photographed or produced.

Picture day

• Athletes should arrive in full uniform during their team's session time.
• Parents do not need to be present; coaches and our staff handle check-in.
• Missed sessions may be rescheduled subject to availability.

Delivery

Digital images are emailed to the address on the order. Printed products are delivered to your coach, made available for local pickup, or shipped to the address you provided, according to the delivery option you selected.

Image ownership and use

1st State Photography retains copyright of all images. Your order grants you personal, non-commercial use of the images purchased. We use athlete images for advertising only with a signed marketing release.
